Process mining automates the discovery and analysis of business processes to provide you with a precise picture of your operations and identify friction points.

All businesses produce data, but only the most successful ones make the most of it. But, Apromore makes it simple to use for small firms as well in order to promote excellent corporate performance, rapid market adaptation, and encourage data-driven decision-making.

Apromore is a result of more than ten decades of research at universities in Melbourne, Queensland, and Estonia. They have developed software in a field known as process mining. Apromore has over 15 years of expertise doing process mining training and assisting businesses in making the most of their process mining initiatives.

Prof. Marcello La Rosa is the CEO of Apromore and a professor of information systems at the University of Melbourne who has more than 15 years of expertise in process mining and business process management.

The University of Melbourne and Apromore Pty Ltd collaborated to develop a research-driven, open-source process-mining software that served as the foundation for a commercial enterprise solution.

With the help of Apromore, business teams can instantly visualize and analyze their processes to find hidden value or pinpoint transformational or optimization solutions. The software identifies and simulates processes using the pre-existing data from an organization, allowing firms to succeed at process efficiency.

Salesforce and the German software provider GBTEC, which also handled a $6.8 million investment in July 2020, supported the fundraising.

With the additional funding, the firm will grow internationally while enhancing its product capabilities. Additionally expanding in the areas of prescriptive process analytics and AI-augmented process optimization.

Additionally, leveraging MuleSoft technology, the firm has a collaboration with Salesforce to offer seamless communication between Salesforce Clouds and the Apromore process mining platform.

Apromore enables businesses to simulate the effects of changes in order to prevent any expensive failures.

“As companies look for solutions to improve profitability, customer experience and efficient delivery to counter rising costs, process mining offers a competitive advantage through greater agility against ongoing economic disruption”- Marcello La Rosa.

Businesses may learn more about the real pathways and performance of their lead-to-quote or issue management processes that are operating in Salesforce Sales Cloud or Service Cloud, respectively, by using the Apromore connection.

Apromore also pinpoints consumer pain areas, the causes of delays and Service-Level-Agreement (SLA) violations, corporate policy infractions, and other opportunities for improvement.

Accelerated digital transformation is essential for organisations to meet rising consumer and employee demands, according to Liam Doyle, senior vice president and general manager of automation at MuleSof.
